• Managing all aspects of Talent Development with significant coordination with Talent Management, Emiratization, Talent Pipeline, Succession Planning, Performance Management to ensure expertise and strategic alignment in all key areas.
• Internal and External training design, development and delivery utilizing recognized and innovative models and methods to create engaging, empowered learning and virtual learning environments to satisfy learner and Enterprise needs.
• Ensure optimization of L&D by implementing effective use of eLearning platforms, Flipped Workshops, Immersive Learning and Assessment Solutions to ensure success in attendeesʼ learning journeys.
Select Responsibilities
• Development of Talent / Leadership Development Programs, plans and solutions to align with Enterprise Competency Framework to mitigate and close key gaps for related personnel
• Provide oversight to ensure a Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) is utilized in the creation / implementation of Training
• Development and analysis of the annual Training Demand Plan
• Employing varied assessment approaches to ensure skills become behaviors
• Analyze various feedback data on programs / solutions to further ensure effective training management and development across various programs. Encourage self-reflective approaches to help drive Development and Excellence
Oversee:
• Project managed Talent Development Transformation Project to move Department toward Continuous Improvement, Excellence and Maturity. Fully collaborating with Human Capital sections to ensure collective alignment and success
• 1-ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation to incorporate improvements in systems, efficiencies and processes
• External Training Annual Training Plan to analyze / action individual and group needs to ensure alignment with recognized processes and Nuclear Regulatory requirements
• Unique, innovative, customized Team Effectiveness interventions for the Enterprise
• Develop, coach, and motivate staff by providing formal / informal coaching and appraisals to maximize high performance
• Accountability for the overall Excellence and Emiratization component of programs and personnel
• Assist in the planning, design and implementation of a new Training and Development systems that track individual development plans and allow for simplified reporting generation and audit
• Liaise with senior leadership to ensure effective solutions are provided Develop and deliver engaging training materials and solutions
• Co-conceptualization and development of Mandatory Induction Training for the Enterprise
• Facilitate review committee meetings for the process of hiring and inducting new employees, reviewing mandated materials, and attaining Emiratization targets
• Ensure materials comply with procedural requirements including security, access and distribution controls
• Enact assessment solutions to drive competencies and behaviors
• Handle all training related learning logistics and communications
• To assess and coach direct reports in the application of their roles
• Maintain Subject Matter Expert (SME) Qualification Matrix
• Evaluate various feedback data to identify and action improvement opportunities
• Taught different Courses at different levels within different majors such as IT, Business, Health and Electronics utilizing a range of Teaching Techniques to promote authentic learning
• Evaluated and conduct annual review for training material to improve content and learning experience
• Provided career support for UAE nationals through work placement
• Mentoring and counselling students to discuss and resolve student academic progress and issues
• Organized large social and corporate events such as graduation ceremonies, work placement awareness days, student orientation days, field trips and open days
