•Expertise in project and maintenance management in oil and gas refineries.
•Expertise in Onshore pre-commissioning procedure writing in onshore conversion project.
•Expertise in review P & id drawing and make correction as required ensuring good system performances.
•Expertise in commissioning of control valves and remote valve system.
•Expertise in oil and gas refinery mechanical maintenance of equipment’s such as heat exchanger, vessels, column, tower procedure of Equate, Kuwait.
•Expertise in all types’ static equipment’s such as water bath heater, glycol heater, seal gas heaters repairing and refixing procedure as per the Oxy procedure.
•Expertise in hydro test and pneumatic test on piping lines and pressure vessel equipment’s.
•Expertise in Co- ordination with workers to get a work by safe manner and follow the company HSE policy
•Expertise in planning and execution of pipeline welding as per drawings, inspection and NDT activities (Penetrant, Radiography, stress relieving, ultrasonic testing etc...)

•Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
•Responsible for modifying Filtration Plants to achieve clarity, reduce consumables, cost, etc.
•Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
•Responsible for the technological upgrading of the obsolete Machines.
•Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.
•Increasing Mean Time between Failures & Reducing Mean Time to Repair of Machines, thereby increasing productivity.
•Exposure to the maintenance of high precision hydraulic and pneumatic m/cs
Quality Control/Assurance
•Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.
•Identify areas of quality failures and take steps to rectify the system.
•Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
Team Management
•Carrying out appraisals & performance reviews of various teams & providing feedbacks on areas of improvements.
•Preparing & compiling various weekly/fortnightly/ monthly MIS reports pertaining to individual agents and for the unit.
•Asserting that person understands the risks involved while working in Oil Field and knows what remedial measures are to be taken in case of an incident
•Training the person who would be in charge of rigging activities about safe working with crane, side boom etc
