➢ Confirming with the sales team that the correct deal was applied
➢ Coordinate with the Product Team and Native Team for the all articles, materials and social media support

Coordinate the German, Spanish, Italian and Business English language courses
Supervise and invigilate English Cambridge Exams for Schools and adheres to Cambridge rules and regulations to schools such as Al Nokhba Boys Schools, Winchester School, Cambridge International School, Star International School, Al Salam School, Rosary School, Arab Unity School etc.
Advise learners on the training in line with the CEFR as per learners’ language proficiency level
Initiate cold-calls to prospect clients and follow up potential hot leads
Maintain a clean and updated database using company’ customized ERP software
Ensure a smooth running courses with enough number of students and provides training materials both for teachers and learners prior to the course start date
Generate new sales leads by attending exhibitions, meetings, networking events, email shots and online adverts using social media mediums
Complete admin procedures prior to the course date until the awarding of certificate to learners
Follow up existing learners for the upcoming courses and promotions via email, SMS and phone calls
Build and developed key accounts within the middle east based clients in both private and government sector to name a few Jumierah group, DEWA, RAK Free Trade, ADEC, ADNOC, Emirates, Emirates NBD, ZADCO, Sadara, Aramco, BMI Holding & Cristal
Brought in new business through major regional exhibitions such as Najah, Career’s Fair, Training & Development Show, TESOL Arabia, GETEX and HR Summit
Established partnership with Education Zone, IH Lake Como, etc.
Manage close relationship with HR & L & D Directors and senior level decision makers
Carry out cold-calls to prospect clients and follow up potential and hot leads
Assess and advise learners for the right qualification basing their educational and professional backgrounds
Responsible in assessing and recruiting professional learners to CIM, CIPD, City & Guilds, ILM and languages programme
Create contracts as per clients learning requirements while keeping safe company’s interest
Arrange training solutions for corporate clients and communicating with internal training department
Keep a complete client details on Maximizer and keeping an updates of each from time to time
Manage a direct marketing campaigns through Maximizer software as per the given time tables
Keep a close contacts with UAE based supplier, events’ organizers and media companies
Invigilate accredited exams adhering to Cambridge English Language Assessment
Assess clients’ level of English as to International House World Organisation measures.
Manage incoming calls & proving information if necessary;
Carry out marketing task by dealing with local and international PR & Publishing companies for a desired artwork press release within an aimed time frame.
Carry out market audit and gather data for marketing plan
Update website and posting accurate course schedules with course outlines
Organize and attending exhibitions and conferences related to company’s demographic target as part of sales and marketing strategies
Manage quotations, invoices, receipts and contracts as per clients’ and suppliers’ requirements
Responsible for carrying out administrative tasks including, but not limited to: handling GM’s calendar and appointments; receiving, screening and routing incoming telephone calls, furnishes information when possible; taking dictation; placing calls internally/ internationally; scheduling internal/external meetings and sending out invitations to senior managers; booking meeting rooms; and receiving GM's visitors.
Handling transactions related to supplier payments and collections such as issuing prepared cheques, informing suppliers for payment collection, and checking original invoices along with its supporting documents
Processing required documents for all import and export transactions adhering to customs policies
Prepares, carries outs and checks on the follow-up of import-export operations, files, records and notices - carries out these tasks with profitability, quality and customer satisfaction objectives in mind
Processing all legal documentation & office utility transaction as per JAFZA rules & regulations.
