Support the operations of HR functions and duties.
Assist on employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Coordinate meetings for top management.
Link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering
contracts.
Manage payroll circle.
Handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Responsible for the recruitment process(Job posting, Scanning CVs arrange and participate in interview)
Provide advice of policies and procedure to management.
Preparing job analysis and job descriptions for all departments

Preparing final clearances and certificates of experience for employees.
Communicate with training companies and bring in trainees.
Preparing Sops to all department in the company
