• Work with project engineers to ensure that all areas of a project or all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with the requirements of the scope under the MOC.
• Reviews and implements project plans, standard engineering details and specifications for all projects including material specifications for constructability and conformance to regulatory requirements.
• Manages all phases of engineering, field activities, production techniques, Procurement cycle, and construction methods for development of discover cluster structures and facilities.
• Management of engineering contracts: Basic, FEED and DED contracts. Review of stage wise submittals and finalization of comments log across disciplines. Monitoring and closure of comments log. Scope finalization, scheduling, monitoring, review and approval of stage wise submittals and final acceptance, managing of claims etc. Coordination for review input from other stakeholders like Operations, Maintenance and Reliability. Involved in HAZOP studies.
• Manages all MOC as chairman of the committee from Project Department.
• Ability to successfully manage a process and understand how to get a project delivered, dealing with all external construction processes and internal/external stakeholder management.
• Responsible for staffing the project engineers, personnel development and implementation of all Cost & Progress Management systems yearly basics and practices including cost control, forecasting, change management, progress management and reporting.
• Works closely with Finance and Area management to ensure timely reporting of financial performance for the area.
• Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Maaden Project Management Process (CAPEX) and Engineering System (ERBS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting.
• Coordinates design to ensure they are issued in accordance with the schedule and meet client specifications.
• Providing feedback on design ideas to improve them or identifying issues that need to be addressed.
• Review multi discipline design drawings.
• Plan/Review Pre concept layout, building layout and IFC.
• Conduct a review meeting and prepare weekly summary reports.
• Involved closely with engineering consultants in review of submitted design specifications.
• Ensuring multi-disciplinary design drawings and deliverables are aligned with Neom specification, standard and timeline on the design development to IFC stage.
• Prepare essential contractual documents such as Scope of Work, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Information Report.

• Interface with clients and stakeholders to make presentations, define project layout requirements, and obtain contractual and statutory approvals.
• Prepare and/or assists in the preparation of cost estimates and quantity take-offs.
• Support the creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and job satisfaction.
