Current Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Company Operation.
• Setting strategy and comprehensive goals for business growth and success

• Provide leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Reported to the IT Manager and led a team of 10 Business Analysts, Technical Resources and IT Project Managers for Solution Design, Development, Implementation and Support.
• Accountable to lead the team to design, develop, deploy and support IT Applications and Solutions such as WMS, TMS, ERP, Customer Visibility & Tracking, Integration Platforms and Others.
• Managing/Defining Department Policies/Procedures, Product Road Maps, Product Research, Upgrades, Capacity Planning, Risk Assessments, budgeting, Vendor Management and Disaster Recovery Planning.

• Involved in regular status reporting on Projects to internal & external clients, management and stakeholders.
• Spearheaded all activities related to the Warehouse Management System, assuring enforcing of proper usage, setup, strategies definition and procedures based on business and operational process.
• Supporting development and implementation of system integrations between Agility WMS and Customer Systems.
• Developed standard reports for different purposes (Operations, Billing, Managerial, Operational KPI’s and Customer Specific Reports).

• Involved in regular status reporting on Projects to internal/external clients, management & stakeholders as well as end-user Trainings on WMS usage
• Provided Technical/Functional Support for existing Clients and also provided IT Technical Trainings on System Administration and Integration Tools
