Current Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Company Operation.
• Setting strategy and comprehensive goals for business growth and success

• Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ Project Delivery Approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
• Overseeing the portfolio of organizational projects, providing expert knowledge and support, monitor progress, and reporting on the portfolio status.
• Provide leadership in a matrix environment to promote best practices in managing interrelated projects and programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure project resources have the correct toolsets and processes in place and that all relevant staff are trained and equipped to deliver successfully.

Responsibilities:
• Reported to the IT Manager and led a team of 10 Business Analysts, Technical Resources and IT Project Managers for Solution Design, Development, Implementation and Support.
• Accountable to lead the team to design, develop, deploy and support IT Applications and Solutions such as WMS, TMS, ERP, Customer Visibility & Tracking, Integration Platforms and Others.
• Managing/Defining Department Policies/Procedures, Product Road Maps, Product Research, Upgrades, Capacity Planning, Risk Assessments, budgeting, Vendor Management and Disaster Recovery Planning.

• Spearheaded all activities related to the Warehouse Management System, assuring enforcing of proper usage, setup, strategies definition and procedures based on business and operational process.
• Supporting development and implementation of system integrations between Agility WMS and Customer Systems.
• Developed standard reports for different purposes (Operations, Billing, Managerial, Operational KPI’s and Customer Specific Reports).
