Job title: Technical support supervisor (1-10-2008 until 30-05-2019 ) Key Responsibilities Include:
-Full employees support and trouble shootingtroubleshooting on the Maarif Learning Gate MLG at based on ofice 365 and eduwave e-learning platform
-Full students support on MLG at my branch
-Full training for new employees at MLG
-Full follow-up and maintenance for all desktops, laptops and all other devices and software
-Technical Pre-preparation for the New Year.
-Preparing the needed equipment to support the foundation's needs.
-Getting and comparing the new devices and the needed furniture ofers.
-Install new Hardware, software and operating system
-Prepare all the reports for the maintenance with recommendations for the best-suggested solutions reported to the technical support manager.
-Preparing and implementing the needed training courses for the new software installed and for the new employees
