• Brand Officers and Sales force management.
• Brands/products introduction & market launching
• Business planning; departmental and for each category & Brand
• Supervisory & advising responsibilities; Refers to direct line control over my staff members including such matters are recruiting and selection, compensation and promotion, performance appraisal & termination, and salaries
• Planning events & promotions
• Sales associates Training & Seminars
• Sales Forecast and Projects planning
• Coordinate with management and other departments (advertising, finance, accounting, warehouse and sales)
• Structured and applied best selling strategy, distribution policies and channels.
• Building market compatible price structure for each brand
• Define and develop brands market strategy, monitor implementation and adapt the plan constantly according to performance and changes in market and consumer behavior.
