Design and simulate full Pre-WIMAX solutions
Support and validate pre-sales preliminary customized solutions design during sales process.
participate in tenders during the pre-sales phase and put the appropriate technical solution
Support Key Account Management technical sales with equipment’s / technology data related to technical specification, costs and usage instructions.
Negotiate and establish agreements with vendors (when they are involved in the design and implementation process) and manage equipment ordering process.
Coordinate with field operations installation of H/W at client premises.
Coordinate with logistics H/W acceptance of equipment’s, perform pre-configuration Communicate vendors H/W repair/replacement and upgrades.
Witness handing-over to clients, activate solutions commissioning and notice EMS.
Support 2nd level support for both Provisioning team & Enterprise call center team in troubleshooting process if needed.
Develop as-built drawings and diagrams (in case of modification after implementation).
Communicate with Network operation for network upgrade, migrations and new solutions implementation.
Communicate with the global partners to verify the connectivity solutions for the GDS customers.
Management of Problem investigations from start to finish by facilitating root cause investigations and managing the implementation of corrective and preventative measures, Responsibilities include the following:
Analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
Diagnosis of faults and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing problem records.
Managing root cause analysis between technical teams.
Initiating actions to fix interruptions to service caused by errors/faults.
Take Pro-active actions to avoid problem occurrence

Cisco Routers (SOHO, 888G, 1800, 1900, 2800, 2900 series, …)

Layer 1 Back-to-Back converters (Digitel, Adtran, ..)
TDM converters (CTC, Metrodata, …)
Almost all types of EFM modems (Zhone, Hatteras, Aethra, …)
Aruba Wireless Solutions (RAP2, RAP3 & RAP5)
PRI converters (PATAPSCO, DATACOM, …)
Monitoring and troubleshooting network failures and coordinate with different teams for taking preventive and remedy actions,
- handling and performing emergency and planned activities/outages according to company strategy
- Monitor Network stability and performance, ensuring 24x7 operations using SNMP, CISCOWORKs, ORION.
- Troubleshooting inter Autonomous systems routing of BGP/MP-BGP.
- Troubleshooting network backbone routing and QoS issues
- Level 2 of technical troubleshooting and escalations
- Troubleshooting MPLS PE issues on CISCO 7200, 7600, GSR, ESR, CRS & Juniper M7i, M10i, M320 & M960.
- Troubleshoot Complex Multi-vendor network issues in WAN/LAN, VPN’s & Global connectivity
- Troubleshooting Global Data Services issues with upstream and third party providers (Telecom Italy, Verizon Business, PCCW & TATA).
Managing the Project of Enhancing TE Data Enterprise POP's
By collecting the required physical equipment (Power, Racks, shelves, etc) to ensure customers availability and minimize the occurrence of physical problems inside the POP's
Managing the Project of Transformation from Huawei ATM to IP DSALM's to fulfill customer needs and solving the utilization problems
Changing customer's solutions to avoid multi point of failure
Testing new solution and check its availability to work with TE Data Standard solutions.
