I worked at ADAC (Abu Dhabi Airports Company) as Senior Projects Director having total experience of 32 Years in UAE in Civil & Structural Engineering, Facilities Management & Airport Operations, Contracts Management, Tenders, Variations & Claims Study & evaluation & Contracts Technical & Commercial evaluation & Value Engineering, Construction Projects Management, Engineering Civil & Structural Design & Design Review, Operational Readiness, Testing & Commissioning and Professional Construction Projects Risks Management & Assessment.( I was reporting directly to the Previous COO)

My Major Responsibilities and Basic Skills Include the following :-
(1) I worked as the Head of Projects & Construction -Since 2007 and till 2012- for all Airport’s Projects @ Terminal Buildings (T1, T2, T3) and for the Airside projects (All Airfield areas including North Runway, South Runway, & Taxiways, Apron, and new and old stands), plus all the facilities existed in the Landside.

(2) From 2012 till now, I worked as ADAC “Senior Projects Director” for the New MTB (New Main Terminal Building) for handing over the buildings and following and realizing that all facilities management requirements are taken and completed in the MTB, and also Airside and Landside, Testing & Commissioning for all MTB Facilities and components including the new MTC Airside New Taxiways, Aprons, new fire stations and Stands.

(3) Following up the Construction Management of MEGA Projects such as the Airport Huge Main Terminal Building (MTB), MTC Projects (Landside & Airside) & High Rise buildings Towers and Residential Complexes around the airport.
(4) Civil & Structural Engineering.
(5) Professional Quantity Surveying and preparing of B.O.Q & Tenders.
(6) Contracts Management and Tenders, Variations & Claims Study & evaluation
(7) Construction & Facilities Operations
(8) Contracts Evaluation & Value Engineering.
(9) Engineering Design & Design Review
(10) Operational Readiness.
(11) Projects managements.
(12) Testing & Commissioning.
(13) Projects Close out & Fit out.
(14) Properties Marketing.

My biggest strength is my ability to efficiently manage my team under high pressure getting the best results under teamwork environment using technical, managerial strength, distinguish strength in all engineering fields helped me much in all my practical life with best performance & high production results.

The majority of my experience in the airport was in the Facilities Management and Operations, also in Projects Construction Management and Development, Contracts Management & Construction Control Process especially @ the MTB Project, MTC Airside & Landside Projects & CEP Projects (Airport Capacity Enhancement Projects).
