Duties:
1.Mobilization and Site setup to start project.
2. Studying IFC drawings for discrepancies and
raising RFIs to consultant for clarifications.
3. Calculating quantities from drawings to verify
BOQ quantities.
3. Liaising with own team and subcontractors for
preparation and submission of Shop Drawings
and getting approvals from consultant.
4. Raising material requests to Procurement
department using “Build Smart” system to
arrange materials required for project.
5. Managing Structural works including Cast in Situ
reinforcement, Concreting, Pre-cast, and Post
Tensioning work and water proofing works.
6. Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors,
supervisors, involved in the project to complete
the tasks and achieve project goals on time and
within specified budget.
7. Managing Finishing works including Masonry,
Plaster, Tiling, Painting, Dry wall Partition, False
ceiling, Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor play
areas, football, and cricket fields.
8. Liaising with estimation and accounts
department for certification of subcontractors’
payments.
9. Raising Inspection requests to consultants and
getting approval for completed works as per
Project ITP.
10. Closing NCRs and Site Observations raised by
consultant.
11. Enhancing skills of Foremen and general work
force by continuous training and guidance.
12. Completing Consultant and client snags and
handing over the project.
13. Applying for Dubai Municipality structural
inspections and BCC inspections.
