- Supporting Kantar 03 brands (i.e. Kantar Millward Brown, Kantar TNS and Kantar AMRB) with relevant service levels.

- As Project Manager, I am a critical interface between Project Management Team of Kantar Operations and its Stakeholder Companies and Clients. - Leading Kantar Project in MENAP (Middle East North Africa and Pakistan) region.

- Lead and launched ISO 20252 initiative in the MENAP Region and have been successfully achieving Certification since 2012. Currently all Millward Brown MENAP offices are ISO 20252 certified! Developed Quality manual which is a guiding document on processes and quality measures in the Region.

- As Technical Project Manager, managed a successful implementation of Low-Tier Site Systems (LTSS) project and its interface with Retail Cards and was awarded a VP award that was later taken up as Shell Pakistan’s strategic direction to curb fraudulent practices on retail sites and dumping.

- RETAIL SITE AUTOMATION - Technical Project Manager for Low Tier Site systems implementation. The project went live in Jan 2006. (Implemented on 685 Retail Fuel Stations (across Pakistan) & Head Office in 14 months, Project Budget: US$3.80mln)

- IT DEMAND MANAGEMENT - Managed all IT infrastructures & support spends for Shell Pakistan and Shell Oman Retail and ensures appropriate integration with their business plans and performance. (Implemented in Head Office in a month time).
