Maintains learners’ registration records and related transactions which includes, but not limited to: course enrollment, add and drop, incompletes, transfers of credits, registration suspensions, Dismissal, Withdrawals, Examinations, grade appeals, Graduation, etc.
Continuously liaises and maintains regular communication with academic advisors and other academic staff on matters related to registrations.
Maintains all necessary documentation for successful audit of learners’ records.
Assists the Registration Manager in developing registration policies, procedures, and processes.
Resolves registration-related problems whenever they occur in accordance with the policies and procedures of the university.
Produces statistical reports as required by the different entities inside or outside the university.
Handle all walk-in enquiries by providing detailed idea about the university, Programs, Required admission documents and admission procedures.
Assist in arrangement all Recruitment events, Open days, School Visits and Education Exhibitions and attend these events.
Maintains all necessary documentation for successful audit of student’s records.
Maintaining admission and Registration records. Course enrollment, add and drop, transfer credits, registration suspensions, Examination, grade appeals, ect.
Helps in prepare course schedules and development of academic calendar.
Managing day to day functions of the Admissions & Registration related including the collection, processing, revising and rendering of admission decision to applicants.
Analyze prospective learner’s qualifications in line with the main branch, Admission & Registration standards and criteria. Liaise with academic admin, faculty for requires, interviews and maintain communication with applicants.
Coordinate and manage day to day office operations related to the Admission and Registration.
Maintaining admission and Registration records. Course enrollment, add and drop, transfer credits, registration suspensions, grade appeals, ect.
Assist the director in developing policies, procedures and processes for Admission and Registration.
Communicate with University’s representative offices to handle the application forms for new overseas students and issue admission offers.
Meet and greet parents and overseas students on arrival, and transport them to University Dormitories.
Assist new students with the enrolment process including advising, Placement test administration, and registration of first-time students.
Respond proactivity to overseas students /parents issues and concerns.
Work with the Students’ Union’s in co-ordination and welcoming of international students entering into the university and in the Students’ Union’s election.
Prepare and issue overseas degree audits for graduation.
