I am excellent in using SAP & extremely experienced in doing troubleshooting for pumps, centrifugal compressors, turbo expander, instrument air compressors (KEASER, atlas cop co), reciprocating compressors and pumps, ESD valves, VFD and chillers system. Moreover, I have a very powerful knowledge & technical experience in doing PM (preventing maintenance) SERVICES for different types of equipments such as pumps, compressors, cooler fans and turbo expander and instrument air compressors. Also, I am good in doing EIA AND RCA for the equipments to prevent the equipment and enhance it. In addition, I am very confident to do overhauling for pumps (centrifiugal&reciprocating), compressors (centrifiugal&reciprocating), instrument air compressor, ESD valves, turbo expander (centre piece) and etc.I am excellent in replacing, build up, removing mechanical seal, replacing bearings (thrust, radial, journal magnetic).
On the other hand, I have a good administrative knowledge e.g. preparing speeches, writing reports, statistics, and expert in Microsoft PowerPoint. Also, I am very active in HSE around the company I am the highest raiser of STOP CARDS (safety system) and the best STOP CARDS raiser. I am very restricting about safety in the work. I worked more than 3 years working in P.D.O in the mechanical and control in the maintenance department plus 1 years of training. So, total years are 4 years where I have worked in all P.D.O locations including North and South locations in plenty of process facilities and hydrocarbon areas. Also, I have experience in oil& gas process.
