Responsibility:-
Handling Spare Parts Central warehouse, Inventory control, ordering and procurement, Sales
Achievement:-
- Control general stock inventory and ensure stock availability with meet customer demand, get market share through market business study and reduce VOR in minimize cost of compensation
- Inventory team train on stock monitoring, on hand stock and back order with lead time and report MAD in last quarter( or based on RMP ), 6 months and ensure workshop VOR all on tracked order with ETA and keep customer and workshop on daily update of arrival
- Vendors evaluations in services and prices no discrepancies and on time claim of any with replacement in vendor cost and support requested feedback on same day or next day max .
- maintain stock and reduce dead stock with analysis and study of movement and support ordering with correct stock reports and modified reports as control block dead stock of reordering in sold items,
- Reduce dead stock and slow moving items with approved promoted plan,
- keep preventive stock and corrective in healthy level with consideration seasonal reordering 80% in direct sales and delivery with customer coordinate with continuous watching stock level,
- monitoring sales achievements in retail sales and whole sales (B2C & B2B )and work in devolve offering and immediate delivery reflect to incraese sales and survey service level with customer and deliver concept we are serving before selling and and who make understanding to customer stock saving is in using genuine parts cover with warranty and increase 30~40% percentage of sales every year with opening new sales channels
