Responsible for all quality control and assurance and safety duties in the factory and projects

1- Commit to project policies and work to achieve strategic objectives.
2- Develop and maintain Project QHSE processes including documentation, training, internal auditing, corrective actions, continual improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
3- Review and assist in the preparation, in conjunction with each concerned Function of AC-EE/JV, the Quality Assurance procedures.
4- Ensure that the process flow is smooth and proactively find out any hindrance for any process defining the bottle necks to be addressed with the respective departments to be resolved accordingly.
5- Review documentation of existing quality system activities to determine their adequacy for the current manuals and work instructions.
6- Work closely with all staff to ensure that all aspects of the IMS are understood, implemented & maintained.
7- Conduct training programs/workshops to employees in the Integrated Management System, to ensure that all aspects of the IMS comprehended.
8- Define and follow-up, in cooperation with the concerned Functions, on the objectives and KPIs of all the Project Functions.
9- Develop, Maintain and Audit all the Functions KPIs.
10- Prepare an annual detailed quality audit plan.
11- Develop and implement periodical quality assurance audits.
12- Prepare quality audit reports and review the quality audit reports prepared by the Quality Assurance team.
13- Issue and follow-up on the execution and implementation of corrective actions, based on the audit findings.
14- Plan and manage quality audits, to determine the conformity or nonconformity of the quality system elements with specific requirements to determine the effectiveness of the implemented quality system in meeting specified quality objectives.
15- Conduct 2nd party audits for subcontractors and suppliers.
16- Conduct IMS induction for project newcomers.

• Evaluate the current Document Control work processes, and suggest process improvements/development of new processes as required, in coordination with the Project Manager and Functional Department Head.
• Conduct training as required and provide coaching for DC and project staff, to ensure that the document control processes are fully understood within the project.
• Lead the resolution of all document control problems and issues.
• Manage a high volume of documents/drawings effectively and ensure the smooth running of document control activities in the project.
• Ensure that the required number of Document Controllers are available in the project.
• Effectively monitor the implementation of the Document/Drawing Control procedure regularly.
• Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution in a Document/ Drawing register & the Document Management System.
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Establishing a document numbering system for the project at the early stage
