Designation: - Manager ( -Logistics & Supply Chain - Baby shop) Managing supply chain team for Baby shop by materializing the seasonal Orders from the source to destination.
Analyzing the freight cost and bringing it down by nominating the liners/forwarders to match our supply chain requirements.
End to End Lead time Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis done to maintain the equilibrium between cost & lead-time.
Implemented New Procedures as required by changing destination country demands and Customs Regulations
Ensuring delivery time lines & Budget objectives are in stream line for each territory in GCC.
• Adopt best practices and continual improvement process for better productivity & lean management.
• Managing 3 PL Hub Operations in Far East & India with maximum cost savings with excellent Operational Leadtimes.
• Ensuring all Baby Shop territories have received the stocks on or before the launch dates irrespective of the Supplier delays, logistical issues, peak seasons etc.

• Optimum Container Utilization across the Depts & Implementing Landed cost calculator for the team members.
• Completely responsible for Baby Shop Inbound - outbound Operations inside Jebel ali & coordination with suppliers in Far East, EU & Landmark Operation team throughout the GCC.
• Producing regular report on daily, weekly, monthly basis for all Baby Shop Supply Chain operations in the GCC.
• Good rapport with the 3PL provider & other service providers.
• Monitoring & implementing Cost effective warehouse operations with an excellent Operational Lead time.
• Behavior mentoring, conflict resolutions, coaching for the improved performance & excellent customer service for the team members..
• New market research & Analysis including Levant & North Africafor upcoming projects.
• Conduct presentations, Country Visits & active member in Landmark Group Special projects & implementation. ( New market research & analysis ) etc
