- Budget Monitoring & Project Control
- Design the PMPs for each project.
- Participate in proposal writing, set budget, and set logframe
- Design assessment tools, monitoring tools, and scales.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the project’s approved PMP.
- Schedule and manage internal evaluations with the purpose of gauging impact of projects.
- Provide information to the writing of reports based on ongoing implementation of the PMP on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Ensure staff at all levels of project implementation are trained and prepared to fulfill their roles in reporting.
- Attending, sector/cluster and inter-agency meetings.
- Coordinate with local and international organization.
- Experience of financial management of grants and handling budgets and spend-down plans is desirable
- Advanced leadership and management skills
- Oversee program implementation in accordance with the project proposals, ensuring objectives are met within the required time frames and budgets. Where necessary ensure preventative and corrective action is taken.
- Support the staff in all aspects of finance, administrative, and logistics management, ensuring knowledge of and adherence to applicable operational systems and donor requirements
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective.
- Create Dynamic Websites (PHP, MYSQL, XML, JS, AJAX, DOM, .NET, ...)
- Lebanese car search engine: Targeting car dealers to promote their showrooms online through a user friendly, stylish and interactive website.
