- Look after overall departmental day to day activities.
- Execute the company policy, rules and regulations at plant site.
- Coordinate Recruitment & Selection process at plant site.
- To maintain regular communication with HQ, local government office, Police Station and others government
regulatory office.
- Handling the employee’s grievances & Ensuring effective resolution of all queries and grievances of employees.
- Maintain & update the filing system for important and confidential documents.
- Manage office supplies and place PR for approval.
- Monitor daily attendance, Movement, Leave Management etc.
- Monitor the overall cleanness, hygiene & housekeeping activities at factory compound.
- VIP guest Management.
- Handle all licences & Certificates renewal/new issues activities.
- All type of local bill checking (especially transport bill).
- Assist to line supervisor to make any decision, problem solving, development work & legal affairs.
- JD preparation for all Management staff at plant site.
- Arranged weekly coordination meeting, orientation program for new joiners & interview program at plant site.
- Monitor canteen management activities.
- To Prepared monthly HRIS report.
- To Prepared official Note/Order/Circular/Notice and various type of letter.
- Pool vehicles management.
- Any other job as when and need assigned by the Management.
- Coordinate with sister concern units for smooth functioning of all HR & Admin related activities.
- Monitor overall HR & Administrative activities both in Head office & factory.
- Manpower planning, job analysis, Manpower placement, JD preparation etc.
- Recruitment & Selection related works.
- Liaison with local thana, Labour office and other Govt. agencies/office.
- Departmental Goal setup & Organization Development planning.
- Handle the employee’s grievance, Disciplinary Issues; Answer the queries from employees or govt.
office/external parties.
- Organized official meeting, Orientation program for new joiners.
- Monitor daily attendance/Movement, Leave Management, New Joining, ID card issue, SIM registration etc.
- Handle employee separation, final settlement, Payroll Management etc.
- Issue all kind of Office Memo/Order/Notice, Official letter etc.
- Coordinate with ERP software implementation team.
- Monitor overall Security, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Cleaning issues both in HQ and Factory.
- Monitor all types of Licenses/Certificates update/renewal/approval issues.
- Any other jobs as and when assigned by the top Management.
- To Maintain overall administrative activities including office expenditure and pool vehicle.
- Coordinate to recruitment & joining process such as prepare manpower requisition and place to approval,
arranged interview session, prepare employment contracts and coordinate to joining related tasks.
- To Prepared Employment Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Conformation Letter, Office Order/Circular/Notice etc.
- Ensure effective resolution of all queries and grievances of employees.
- Liaison with Vendors/Suppliers & local government office/agency`s.
- Update & Maintain employee personal file and ensure all the relevant documents are accurate and comply with
legislation and ensure to database are up to date.

- To prepared PR/SR/QC in ERP system
- To prepared Monthly HRIS report and provide to higher management to take required decision on manpower
optimization.
- To assist line manager to measure employee performance, ensuring development and retention of key talents

system (HR Today).
- Monitor and ensure cleanness & hygiene at factory surrounding area.
- Daily attendance checked in HR Today database system.
- Prepared monthly attendance report for salary function.

- Maintain & Control Officers/Staff Canteen & Dormitory in both of Project site & Guest house.
- Any other job as when and need assigned by the Management.

To Collect Data from rural area pharmacy, Make Summary Sheet & report to supervisor.
