Responsible for the proper guidance and suggestion with understandable solution for employee who were under my command like Accounts, Finance and Admin officers, Audit all business units of Group of Company, handle banking activities along with cash/cheque disbursement/reconciliation, responsible for looking after all the administrative aspects of the organization and its facilities, Liaison government various departments like VAT, TAX, Labor office, Civil Defense and others related to Industrial issue.
Responsible for monitoring all works of subordinates other than routine job. Special supervision in the preparation of Accounts, Day to day supervision on manual & software accounts. Planning & monitoring the works of subordinates and guide accordingly for completion & smooth operation, Preparing yearly audit report after Checking of daily, weekly & Monthly Cash flow, IS, PL, BS Cash and Bank Book, Develop various systems and procedures as asked by management time to time.
