• Project execution including understanding specification, engineering drawings, and basic design aspects, quality requirements during fabrication, erection schemes & familiar of codes like BS 4994, ANSI and BS EN 13121.
• Quality Check & Inspection, preparation of inspection reports and ensures that the works is done in accordance with the approved drawings and is inspected and tested in accordance with the approved QAP
• Design, Manufacturing, Erection & commissioning of equipment & heavy machineries, erection of MS structure.
• Upgrading to the other sections of the Plant Performing plant operation with safety interlocks.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
• Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and Civil groups.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection request, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approval construction drawings, contract documents, project specification, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards,
• Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical Groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards,
• Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment installation activities,
• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and problems at sites that may arise at any time,
• Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site,
• Monitor the site schedule, work progress and work quality on site,
• Check and ensure that all mechanical works are incorporated with Architectural works,
• Supervise and inspect all mechanical works relating to the assigned projects,
• Ensure that all mechanical works are compiled with the specifications and requirement,
• Check through drawings, modification of drawings, proposals and ensure all drawing is well coordinated and design if required,
• Coordinating with client\consultant and sub-contractors,
• Drawing review, quantity take off, material checking,
• Preparation of progress report, attending meeting and reporting to Sr. Project Engineer.
• B-Tech (Mechanical) from Jagannath institutes of technology and management, Paralakhemundi, affiliated to Bijupatnaik university, Odisha with 67% marks in 2011
• Intermediate in TATA DAV Public School Ghato under CBSE with 55% in 2006.
