NetIQ alerts:
•Checking NetIQ alert and fixing those alerts for machines as well.
•Add and remove servers in NetIQ
HPSIMS alerts:
•Login to the server and then HPSIM to see what exactly the problem is.
•Checking alerts and fixing them
•Adding users account in HPSIMS
Netuitive alerts:
•Checking in Netuitive application and fixing those alerts
•Alerts comes in Netuitive generally because of VMware
ILO:
•Restarting servers remotely through ILO if sever hangs or unable to login
Installing applications and updating drivers on server:
•Installing applications like Microsoft office, SQL etc on servers
•Updating drivers on servers if required.
Appsense:
•Providing access through Appsense to particular path
•Providing access through Appsense to particular computer forcefully to provided
Path.
•Other troubleshooting related to Appsense
Ticketing tolls used:
•HPSM (HP Service Manager)
Other task:
•Making performance report
