equipment in brown & green field.

• Perform vibration analysis online connected to System1, & offline using AMS Suit software and CSI-2140, thermo-graphic, lube oil
analysis, balancing, and laser alignment.
• Develop an AMS database for new equipment and modify the database setup for the existing route.
• Coordinate with OEM to resolve the problems and enhance the equipments reliability.
• Responsible for preparation of bid packages for major overhauls, pre-qualification of contractors, scopes of work and parts
requirement.
• Provide recommendations on spare requirement, to secure the most reliable operation and economic level of maintenance.
• Enhance MTTR through ensuring critical spare-parts and tools inventory, developing equipment repair procedures and providing
technical assistance to maintenance crew at site.
• Experience in the development of maintenance strategies and procedures for rotating equipment.
• Maintain adherence to the environment, regulations & expectations.
• Design review, optimize, and update the maintenance practices to align with industry best practices.
• Arrange the workforce, equipment, tools, and resources to repair and rectify failure and malfunction.
• Participating in studies of CAPA and MOC reviews and implementations.
