1. Responsible as Key account management (KAM), Sales & Marketing In-charge on Food Testing, Health Science, Cosmetics & Hygiene
2. Lead and Coordinate Sales activities to promote and develop the business and achieve company revenue target under Health & Nutrition (Food, Health Science, Cosmetics & Hygiene)
3. Frequent Market visit, Negotiation, Meeting, Presentation, Participate in Tender (Govt. & NGO) and submit price quotation
4. Meet and exceed assigned business sales target by volume & revenue
5. Provide regular feedback to Manager about current status & situation related market & Industry in the country
6. Secure new businesses & Customers in pipeline
7. Meet assigned account receivable targets
8. Strategize business to meet profitability and goals
9. Stringent control on operation/receivable/compliance
10. Ensure prime market coverage and negotiations with International and Local customers
11. Management reporting on Sales KPI's, Targets & Forecasts (Monthly and Yearly)
12. Business value propositions & strategic alliances
13. Coordination with Customer Service & Operation team regarding various issues of existing customers
14. Monitor and follow up the Sales, Customer Support and Back Office team under Health & Nutrition (Food, Health Science, Cosmetics & Hygiene)

1.Interact and Communicate with assigned KAM (key Account Management) by facilitating day - to - day operations, testing procedures, regulatory requirements, job status, invoicing, preliminary testing results, reporting, result interpretation.
2. Keep all data for account analysis to provide different reports.
3. Attend regular meetings at the KAM for marketing purposes, business development, technical governance, performance reviews, resolution of conflicts, delivery of invoices and reports.
4. Coordinate the monthly forecast between business and collection.
5. Responsible for various types of business reports, financial analysis, tracking performance VS Budget/forecast
6. DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) and Trend Analysis.
7. Update the Report Hold Status and share it with concern department & person.
1. Provide one-stop quality Customer Service & create CRM to ensure positive customer experience
2. Solve both technical & non-technical problems of customers by using various software, tools, gui & also report the unsolved problem to concern department.
3. Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
4.Proactively aware/inform customers regarding GP products/service
5.Sale through inbound and outbound contacts
6.Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback
7. Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis
8. Serve customers with helping attitude to play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition to enhance Grameenphone brand image.
