a. Witnessing the Testing & Commissioning of electrical system with the project consultant & concern supplier for final approval & taking over and reporting incomplete snags by comparing the actual installations with the design specifications.
b. Listing all Electrical assets with specifications, operational Setting & design parameter to feed the content to CAFM software for operation and maintenance.
c. Generating and Monitoring of Electrical PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance) activities of all Electrical equipments which include asset wise condition monitoring report.
d. Reporting the predictive maintenance to be done on major equipments to avoid incident, Troubleshooting electrical system failure, preparing failure & investigation report with root cause identifications and remedial actions.
e. Attending supplier Training for the Operation & Maintenance of equipment. Monitoring sub-contractor’s activities.
f. Identifying risks & critical items of projects and addressing it to the Management with rectification advice.
g. Evaluating Supplier’s and/or contractor’s performance and submitting supplier performance evaluation records to the Management for future action.
h. Supporting operation & Maintenance team for BMS (Building automation system), Fire alarm & Public address system, Water feature fountains, Media screens, faced lighting & other lighting systems, LPG leak detection system etc.
i. Prepare technical proposal for new installations and/or modifications in order to improve or upgrade existing to meet energy saving challenges within facilities.
a) Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage System which include Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformer, UDS (Unitized Distribution System), Ring Main Unit, Protection relays, MCC Panel, ATS, MTS, VFD, Soft Starter, Capacitor Bank, MV and LV Cable Termination and Joints, UPS etc by ensuring that Local and International standard/ Project specifications are met with technical aspect of the project.
b) Supporting Design team which include reviewing the Preliminary drawing and coordinating with other concern parties within projects to bring necessary modifications as per site requirement.
c) Pre-tender Meeting participation, Generating BOQ (Bill of Quantity) from approved drawing and preparing Cost estimation with justification.
d) Review and evaluate technical Submittals/ shop drawings prior to submission to client.
e) Planning job schedule and work flow chart for mobilizing Man/Materials. Attending weekly/ monthly meeting with client and preparing the “TO DO LIST” as per Minutes of Meeting. Hand over the job to client and obtain SCC (Substantial Completion Certificate) from client. Identify the variations and report to General Manager for necessary amendment on Bill of quantity. Open CIR (Continual Improvement Report) to Client
f) Review Daily Progress Report and suggest site Engineers to ensure maximum utilization of Man hours. Prepare Weekly progress Report for GM based on time frame, work hrs, percentage progress, logistics and expenses.
g) Prepare Risk Assessment paper & Method Statement for critical & risky job and discuss with the safety Engineer. Participate in safety induction training and attend monthly safety meeting with safety officer to ensure Zero tolerance to safety violation. Make sure we comply with company’s HSE rules & regulation.
