I am managing the quality assurance, clients requirements, insurance requirements, regulatory requirements, internal and external audits, approvals and validation and procedure making and validating, and compliance monitoring for all the bases including mauritania, Spain, Burkinafaso and Conakry.
Endeavour Aviation SARL is a Private Airline with their own MRO (Part- 145) and CAMO department. I have Headed the Quality & Safety for part 145 (RACI4145 & RAF 08 145) (MRO) and CAMO under approval from Burkina Faso & Ivory coast in west-Africa. Endeavour Aviation SARL is a subsidiary company of Endeavour Gold Mining in West Africa. We setup this entire MRO as well as private airline facility.
Responsible for the SMS and Audit in the company for short durataion.
Appointed as the Quality head for the Boeing projects in the company. Responsible for the Quality & Safety Standard of the assembly for AH6i, Boeing 777, CH47 aircrafts and their certification.
Indian rotorcraft limited is a joint venture between TATA & Agusta westland for the assembly of AW119Ke and AW109 Helicopters. under which i appointed as Production quality control. Responsible for assembly and testing of AW119Ke & AW109 Helicopters in Philadelphia and Italy respectively.
Overall incharge for Quality & Safety Audits in the company. Supervise and lead the team of inspector/Auditors to complete the audit schedule on time. Day to day review activity under local civil aviation and under EASA authority. Manages the licensing approvals and aircrafts documents including certificate of airworthiness and registration as well. Compliancing company procedures and country standards under regulation as well.
