- Telephone and Data cabling, PABX, CCTV and fire detection and fire hydrant systems;
* Supervising construction of 1st Phase (12 storied) of 20-Storied NLI TOWER at 54 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Karwan Bazar for:
- 2000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV Sub-station, 550 KVA standby Diesel generators and building electrical wiring works;
- 3 basement floor Ventilation systems, 750 Ton Central AC systems, 4 passenger lifts, 250 KVA voltage stabilizers;
- Telephone and Data cabling, PABX, CCTV and fire detection and fire hydrant systems;
** Supervising various under construction High-rise commercial & residential buildings for
- Sub-station, standby generators and electrical wiring works

- 3 basement floor Ventilation systems, 90 Ton Mutli-split & 1500 ton Central AC systems, 8 passenger lifts, 400 KVA voltage stabilizers;
- Telephone and Data cabling, PABX, CCTV and fire detection and fire hydrant systems;
* Managing and supervising High-rise commercial complex under construction (MULTIPLAN CENTRE) for
- 2 X 1600 KVA, 11/0.415 KV Substation, 2 x 650 KVA standby diesel generators
- 1050 Ton Central Air Conditioning systems
- 4 x 1, 000 kg passenger and 1 x 1250 Kg cargo lifts, 9 pair escalators
- Electrical wiring works

* Managing and supervising Installation, commissioning, after sales services of
- Schneider Electric (France) MV/LV sub-station, LV distribution equipment, Busbar trunking systems, Electrical wiring works to factories, Multi-storied Apartments and High-rise Commercial Buildings.
- Customers’ need evaluation and proposing customized electrical solution with drawings.
- Diesel and gas engine generators.
- Architectural light dimming and emergency lighting systems
- Three-phase voltage stabilizers.
- LV distribution panel, electrical cabling and wiring of motors, lighting systems and design and installation of cement level detection systems at Lafarge Surma Cement factory Limited at Mongla port.
* Turnkey tender bid documents preparation and submission for
- 33/11 KV and 11/0.415 kV sub-stations and electrical works at Chittagong Port, Bangladesh with Schneider Electric equipment.
- 33/11 KV and 11/0.415 kV sub-stations and electrical works at Multi storied "Bashundhara City” commercial center, Dhaka with Schneider Electric Equipment.
* Sales, installation, commissioning and after sales maintenance of:
- SDMO (France) brand Diesel generators, BEST (USA) UPS systems
- Related service and spare parts
- Erection, installation, testing and commissioning of relocated complete ceramic tiles manufacturing plant.
- Installation, testing and commissioning of LV electrical power distribution system, Distribution Boards, Machine Control Panel and Main Control Panel and associated electrical work.
