1. Processing (Analysis and assessing) of credit proposals of CMSE, Retail and Agriculture credit portfolio of branch proposal under Sylhet Cluster towards identifying borrower's credit worthiness in the context of credit risk, Market risk, risk mitigation, coverage etc. and finally assess the credit requirement of the client.

2. Placing the Office Note before competent delegated authority of CRM Department of Sylhet Cluster for approval /decision with proper justification & recommendation along with required covenants.

3. Issuance of sanction advice to seven (07) Branches under Sylhet Cluster incorporating all appropriate terms & conditions, covenants as per bank's policy along with documentation checklist.

4. Regular visit to Business site & Collateral site visit (Existing & Proposed loan client). Making physical visit to approve the proposal and verification of all documents and information provided by the client.

5. Off site monitoring (overdue, classified accounts & expired non funded liability) to ensure good quality asset growth.

6. Letter sent to 07 branches under Sylhet Cluster regarding Improvement of overdue, SS & SMA accounts.

7. Assisting the Cluster Head of CRM as & when required i.e. preparing different reports (performance, monitoring, control, compliance), maintaining MIS database, preparing weekly minutes, maintaining all internal circulars and so on.

8. Assistance to Branch officials on proposal preparation, CMSE, CFC & SAMD on credit related issues ICRRS, policies, guidelines, and credit related issue.

9. Work closely with business units and involve in sales force training to reduce the processing time and declined file ratio.
