Robot program modification, robot target setting, robot parameter setting & error troubleshoot.
Implemented all type of maintenance schedule preventive, Breakdown, corrective & Daily maintenance of each equipment.
Yearly based equipment maintenance (Time Based Maintenance) making for each equipment and work execution distribution between worker and result registration for the maintenance proof.
TPM Activities organizing and provide training to all machine in charge, technician and other concern person for the purpose of trouble free and overcome problem of breakdown of machine.
Budget execution for Local & import purchase, custom clearance & supplier payment.
Global communication with other subsidiary for global changes in technology & unification of work
Engineer graduate & also registered with Saudi council of engineers.
