With the combination of technical & business education background and proven expertise on HRMS project deployment I have joined Accenture as a Senior Analyst. We work as a team here and help our clients to implement & enhance their business processes and provide essential operational solutions. Here we are responsible for providing Level1 & Level2 support to our customers. My role is to provide Techno-Functional application management support and solutions of a global HRMS named ‘Workday’; to a world’s largest telecom company ‘Telenor’ to its 14 Business Units remotely from Dhaka. Workday is an alternative to ERP for HR & Financial Management. Workday provides enterprise cloud applications for Financial Management, Human Capital Management, Payroll, Student system and Analytics.

Accenture has a large number business partners and Splunk Corporation is one of them. Splunk is an American multinational corporation based in San Francisco that produces software for searching, monitoring and analyzing machine-generated big data, via a web-style interface. I have also got expertise on big data analytics. On September, 2016 I have become Splunk Power User Certified 6.3. Big data analytics skill has open up a new area of work opportunities in my career. Looking forward to work in this field and expecting to complete another level of certification.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Workday HCM operational Support for 56000+ employees of 14 BU’s of Telenor Group around the globe.
- 5-10 service desk ticket resolution per day with backlog & CR tickets resolution ongoing on bucket.
- Provide Workday functional consulting services and responding to inquiries regarding features and functionality and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle.
- Configure the Workday system to meet each client’s unique business requirements.
- Provide delivery support for Workday Human Capital Management applications to clients.
- Research, resolve and document day to day issues and perform configuration updates in Workday for business processes and security.
- Create custom Workday reports and modify/troubleshoot existing custom reports, 30+ Custom report delivered.
- Perform EIB (Mass data upload) operation based on different clients requirement.
- Continuous monitoring on critical Workday HCM integrations and daily report on status/failure cases.
- CR management process follow-up’s with client and necessary development, UAT & deployment collaboration in the team within desired time frame.
- Engaged with different cross functional task with active participation in operational monitoring & data update.

In 2016, Beximco pharma entered the Gulf pharma market (Kuwait) as the first Bangladeshi company. It became the first Bangladeshi company to commence medicine export to USA and became first Bangladeshi company to receive product approval from Health Canada.

With a vision to learn and contribute my skill & knowledge for the development of company and society I have joined such a pioneer pharmaceutical company of the country. The corporation was planning to integrate its production, distribution, sales and administration through an ERP system. As part of development company planned to implement Oracle HCM “PeopleSoft” for its HR department. I was hired and became a core team member of the ERP project. I have contributed at the early stage of the ERP project but unfortunately due to some bureaucracy issues and slow progression of the project, decided to leave the company at the middle of the project and grabbed the opportunity of a broader area of learning and working.

- Core planning & execution member on ERP project team with major focus on HRMS (PeopleSoft) execution.
- Member of internal team building board and supporting role in vendor selection & in negotiation committee.
- Requirement collection and feasibility analysis and report to management on Oracle PeopleSoft vs SAP HCM implementation.

City Bank is one of the oldest private Commercial Banks operating in Bangladesh. It is a top bank among the oldest five Commercial Banks in the country which started their operations in 1983. The bank currently has total 120 branches which includes 99 online branches, 1 full-fledged Islamic Banking branch, 1 SME service center and 11 SME/Agri branches spread across the length & breadth of the country. It currently has 291 ATMs of its own; and ATM sharing arrangement with partner banks that has more than 1150 ATMs in place.

The bank started the journey with only Taka 3.4 crore worth of Capital, which now is a respectable Taka 2311.78 crore as capital & reserve. City Bank has launched American Express Credit Card and American Express Gold Credit card in November 2009. City Bank is the first bank in Bangladesh to have issued Dual Currency Credit Card. The bank is also very active in the workers' foreign remittance business. It has strong tie-ups with major exchange companies in the Middle East, Europe, Far East & USA, from where thousands of individual remittances come to the country every month.

It was restless 1 year after joining the company as the HRMS project deployment was ongoing. I was exposed in lots of meetings, new stuff learning & got used to extended office hour work. There were some hiccups during the project but fortunate enough to cope up with all the thing quickly so that project execution was a successful one. After execution the part came to train the user about the new HR tool. Then phase by phase few new modules were implemented. Day to day user support, HRMS administration & reporting became usual work of the day.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performed primary team member role on 1year project of City Bank’s end to end HRMS implementation.
- HRMS was developed by local development company (Grameenphone IT), web based PHP & MySQL was used in backend and framework was developed in PHP Symphony.
- HR Business process documentation, data analysis, requirement analysis, business development, system testing, UAT, Implementation phases, System backup.
- Taken over HRMS Administrator role & SPOC role for 1year after project execution & stabilization period.
