- Check-in Counter activities and passenger service monitoring.
- Check passport and travel documents.
- Liaison with flight captain, crew, ATC & Padma oil.
- Flight plan, Ground operation and crew schedule monitoring.
- Communicate with Flight operation & Dispatch.
- Mail corresponds with respective departments.
- Online Visa Check.
- Maintain & monitor OKTB (Ok To on-board).
- Handling passenger’s baggage claims.
- Baggage and Cargo loading instruction.
- Co-ordinate with GHA and other respective departments.
- Prepare monthly station report.
- Pre-flight document preparation like (FLT PLAN, PTM, GD, PNL).
- Check-in Counter functions and passenger service monitoring.
- Check passport and travel documents.
- Online Visa checking.
- Maintain & monitor OKOB (Ok to on-board).
- Liaison with flight captain, crew, ATC & Padma oil.
- Preparing Flight plan and monitoring Ground operation.
- Communicate with Flight operation department & Dispatch.
- Handling passenger’s baggage claims.
- Baggage and Cargo loading instruction.
- Co-ordinating with GHA and other respective departments.
- Post flight document preparation like (FHR, PFS, MVT, LDM, LPM, MSR, TPM and FATT).
- Prepare monthly station report.
