Major responsibilities and tasks as done are listed below: i. Daily attending safety tool box meeting and group discussion. ii. Adherence to company safety policy and ethics for self development. iii. Daily routine PM check as per the schedule provided by Sr. Foreman. iv. Checking and updating the SOCs as found at site and timely confirmation of rectification and mitigating steps as applied for raised SOCs. v. Familiarization with different plants and there locations. vi. Familiarization of materials and tools as required for day to day PM activities. vii. Creating and suggesting for “Safe Maintenance Procedure” & “Safe Operation Procedure”. viii. Timely preparation of all tools and materials prior to attending any shutdown including prior arrangement of all spares and accessories as required. ix. Conducting contact resistance, Megger and mechanical functional test for Circuit Breakers, recording the resistance values for main motor for spring charger, trip coil and

xi. close coil of Circuit Breakers, Transformer insulation oil testing & top-up activities, Conducting trip test for LV breakers at MCC and switchboards, Conducting Isolation and xii. energization activities, Witnessing punch list activities as and when required for ongoing projects if any, Checking gauge for indication of SF6 insulation gas level and dry contact condition. xiii. Condition monitoring of all facilities such as Transformers, UPS, Battery Chargers, Battery Banks, OHL, Switchboards, LV MCC, Small Power Distribution Boards, lighting Facilities. xiv. Attending corrective maintenance of OHL for cases of power failure. Proper checking and inspection of individual poles insulators and other accessories for any site of damage. xv. Periodic inspection and maintenance of Battery Banks such as taking voltage, current, top-up of distilled water to batteries, cleaning of air vents of batteries, checking tightness of terminals and links, application of corrosive resistant gel on all the links. xvi. Regular inspection and maintenance of all transformers and record maintenance of readings for OT, WT, TAP position, OLTC Counter reading, Oil level, top-up transformer oil and when required, Transformer oil sampling. xvii. Inspection of Silica gel color & condition, replace if required. xviii. Inspection of transformer mechanical protection devices, such as buchholz relay, pressure release valve, sudden pressure release valve.
Major responsibilities and tasks as done in plant are listed below:
i. Daily attending of section safety toolbox meeting & discussion.
ii. Daily Routine PM check as per the schedule provided by area maintenance planner.
iii. Familiarization with plant equipments and there locations as per area clarification.
iv. Familiarization of materials as required for day to day PM schedule.
v. Confirmation of all the spares as required for the plant to minimize production loss.
vi. Technical support as required for corrective maintenance of equipments.
vii. On spot decision making and support production department.
viii. Familiarization with plot plan & SLD of plant.
ix. Maintenance of LV MCC make GOULD I.T.E, Telemecanique Series 5600, LV & MV Motors as per the standard checklist.
x. Switchgears make of B.B.C. (Brown Boveri Electric 4.16KV).
xi. Routine checking of plant grounding system & bonding systems for pipelines as well as silos.
xii. Routine maintenance & fault troubleshooting of drives.
xiii. Planned SHUTDOWN activities related to Reactor, Powder & Pellet Silo, and Extruder and Pellet motors maintenance (make General Electric Motors (75kw/550Vdc/147A/850rpm).
xiv. All types of conduit repairing as per classified area description.
xv. Planned maintenance of pelletizer motor, including resistance testing for armature, field and motor, timely replacement of carbon brushes for pelletizer motor.
xvi. Maintenance & repairing of blower fan installed above pelletizing motor.
xvii. Maintenance & timely replacement of filters of cycle gas compressor.
xviii. Reviewing of available SMPs and request for revision if any rectification or addition is required after technical review & acceptance.
xix. Implementation of SMP (Safe Maintenance Procedure) for all activities as required in plant.
xx. Support plant technical team for critical equipment maintenance procedure and complete the task safely.
xxi. Proper availability of personal protective equipments for daily work schedule.
xxii. Participate with TURNAROUND team for major shutdown planning with all the spares as required at moment.
xxiii. Comply with company’s safety and security policies.
xxiv. Support internal & external audits for implementing ISO & OSHAS Certifications.

I. Implementation of electrical maintenance activities adopting the best Industry Safety practices, Policies and procedures. Provide technical leadership in all maintenance activities related to electrical in coordination with the departmental Head.
II. SAP PM & MM Module implementation at daily jobs, SAP planning for man-hours utilization and checking for the stock of materials in plant or the availability of materials in other affiliates.
III. Proper arrangement of the required facilities at site requested from time to time.
IV. Arrangement of facilities with coordination of outsources contractors for execution of job and time prevention.
V. Follow-up for the planned jobs and scope of work prior to execute the job at site.
VI. Ensuring control of records and documents to comply with ISO.
VII. Ensuring safe execution of jobs and updating of records and documents to comply with ISRS (INTERNATIONAL SAFETY RATING SYSTEM).
VIII. Coordination with Engineering, maintenance & operation department for the successful implementation & solutions for troubleshooting.
IX. Liaise with the equipment / instrument for modifications / rectifications etc., where required.
X. Develop procedures for smooth execution of projects at every step.

II. Overall supervision and follow up of the jobs for timely liquidation of Work Orders.
III. Fault analysis and corrective action after any plant upsets/disturbances.
IV. Timely procurement action for optimum spares inventory.
V. Preparation of engineering package for modification jobs related to electrical.
VI. Preparing technical specifications and recommendations, review of vendor drawings and documents and co-ordination with concerned departments.
VII. Ensuring control of records and documents to comply with ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and ISO-18001.
