In my tenure at Span trading LLC, since Dec 2018, I have gained knowledge on Supply chain solutions(ITMS/ASRS(WES)/S4ASSET/S4ATS), SQL and Been part of multiple roles and teams such as Automation consultant, Implementation consultant, assets management consultant, Interfaces Team and Projects Team and has been closely working with Project Managers and Program managers on various project.
Responsibilities:
• Did Implementation for Mondelez Bahrain for full warehouse automation
• Training and guiding support team to handle day to day issues related to Mondelez ASRS
• Did a successful implementation of the ITMS(S4Inventory) application for our department
• Responsible to train and help pears to understand ITMS application and warehouse concepts
• Core team member to identify the gaps and been working on planning to upgrade existing applications on android and add new features
• Working with different clients to integrate our applications with different other application
• Responsible to work with the development team to design a new screen to achieve different types of screens, grid, panel, UILayout and VISU using the concept of Dynamic Screen
• Responsible to work with the management team to work on R&D for the new applications such as Maintenance, S4Analytics, new Android application and currently working with the team to explore options to migrate old application to web-based application
• Responsible to provide a demo to the new customers for the various products

In a span of 3 years I have gained knowledge and been part of multiple roles Payroll functional support (US payroll) and started working on MX payroll.
Responsibilities:
Responsible to support client for payroll in SAP.
Responsible to configure client additional requirements and implementing them in existing setup.
Responsible for analyzing the day to day issued faced by clients and resolving them.
Responsible for analyzing legislation and updating the configuration with legislative changes.
Responsible to configure additional client requirement through PCR’s.
Have knowledge of TM, Payroll.
Testing to make sure working of code in all possible scenarios.
Project Summary:
Currently working as on SAP HCM and supporting US and Mexican clients Payroll.
Dealing and mapping client’s end user requirements with SAP standard functionality.
Worked on different Reports for MNC, including Easy Reporter, Wage type Reporter etc
Worked on end user experience on data transition from SAP to many other ERP modules via interfaces, with quite good understanding of system integration with other modules.
Handling the ticket management for the issues for various clients and able to provide the root cause and possible solution for the issues.
Supported in transitioning few clients in support team.
Have Good knowledge and understanding on the US payroll process and legislation.
Handled HSRP and TUBS updates for US.
Worked on many issues which involve integration of payroll module with other modules like ESS, OM and TLM.
Coordinated with clients and Development team in gathering information and developing many new custom interfaces and helped on resolving issues in existing interfaces.
Have gained knowledge of CRM, as we are using CRM to handle our clients.
Now exploring and supporting Mexican clients.
Versatile and flexible enough to take up with other country.
Had sound knowledge on US specific configuration which includes SUI rate updation, EMY tax model configuration, garnishments and benefits.
Appointed as a mentor for juniors for providing trainings and guided them to understand country legislation which indeed helped me to resolve issues.
Responded to all tickets on priority basis with in expected timelines and sent regular updates and calls to clients to keep them posted.
Experience in preparing functional and technical spec, Impact analysis document and solution discussion with dev team & other team members including the TL & SAP support.
Attended 3-4 Canada payroll session too.
Have analyzed and did many test scenario while learning US payroll and found few system bugs in SAP and got it corrected in OSS Notes.
Developed two reports and simplified the day to day work.
Testing Knowledge:
Sound domain knowledge in testing while new entity creation with different business scenarios
Understand the client specific requirements through blue print and test accordingly in case of any changes in client policies.
Understand the new client requirement & New legislative changes to implement successfully and working closely with our technical team to complete on time testing in our UAT with all scenarios using all my domain experience
Implementation of quality concepts in process and documentation of the process manual
Maintain testing evidences for any changes from UAT to Production.
After college directly joined ADP private limited as a functional consultant.
