 Work in PMO-department to Control and monitor projects
 Conduct project internal Audits to compliance with NWC-PMM
 Prepare Audit reports detailing of NCR Minor & Major and findings
 Participate in External Audit as an observer and close the NCR issued by
external auditor with in due dates
 Participated in design reviews and risk assessments, perform technical
insights to enhance quality and reliability.
 Collaborate with consultants & contractors to establish project & quality
objectives, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed
client expectations.

Project:
NWC(National water company)- STP-Phase III
 Project Quality check, Inspections for all kind of Civil works, participate in all kind of civil activity &
control work inspection request, MIR documents in addition to that Check MST, Control NCR,
SOR, Material submittals, Document submittals, drawing submittals & prepare monthly quality
report of whole project, participate in audits conducted by client and internal audits
 Provide expert guidance and support to clients on QA/QC processes, standards, and best
practices.
 Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to establish quality objectives,
resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
 Perform regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with design specifications, codes, and
standards.
 Prepare comprehensive reports detailing quality performance, non-conformances, and
recommendations for process enhancements.
 Participated in design reviews and risk assessments, perform technical insights to enhance
quality and reliability.

 Enhance and demonstrate commitment to raising SAE standards and proposing new
initiatives or improvements
 Coordinate Third party Agency Participation in inspection and testing at manufacturers
facilities
 Taking care QMS Procedures, QA/QC document include certificates, test results, inspection
request, NCR and ITP inspection
 Maintenance and monitoring of all quality control activities
 Witness along with the client representative and consultants the testing of materials and
structures (e.g., concrete sampling, trial mix, materials testing for building, etc.) if it conforms
to the design / specifications of the international standards.
 Implement all aspect of quality assurance/control system on all materials; keep on file test
results and calibration reports of test equipment’s.
 Provide support and assistance to senior management and project personnel to guarantee
that project quality objectives are achieved in a timely manner
 Provide Quality performance data as requested by the Manager for reporting purposes
 Assisting and supporting contract administration, quality control and the
development/improvement of quality assurance policies and procedures
 Providing regular written reports and support to the QA/QC Manager
 Liaise with client and consultants on matters relevant to quality assurance/control.
 Suggests and negotiates with the Manager improvements to invert negative trends
impacting the project

Projects: Residential & Commercial Buildings, hospitals
Duties:
 Monitor the quality control indicators and alert sub-contractor site engineers in cases of
deviation and propose corrective measures to be applied.
 Review Drawings & Specifications, Laboratory Test Results, Inspection and test plan, and
Method Statements for implementation.
 Witness along with the client representative and consultants the testing of materials and
structures (e.g., concrete sampling, trial mix, materials testing for building, etc.) if it conforms
to the design / specifications of the international standards.
 Prepares Inspection Requests and other quality related reports/documents of every activity
and monitor accomplishments.
 Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the method statements and approved
drawings are followed.
 Attend and prepares records for quality audits and inspections by client, and consultants.
 Address concerns and issues raised by client and consultants on quality matters.
 Liaise with client and consultants on matters relevant to quality assurance/control.
 Assist the manager in developing and implementing the Project Quality Management

Projects: King AbdulAziz international Airport Jeddah, Makkah Shamiyana Project, kings Abdullah
foundation and palaces
Duties:
 The adherence to and control of documents and drawings in accordance with International
 Providing design updates to the Lead Engineers and the Team Leader for the duration of the
project life
 Provide a technical interface with 3rd parties
 Associated Temporary work
 Design input/output, to budget and deadlines and within the designated risk management
process
 Manage multiple technical teams working on pursuit and final design projects
 Assist senior management team in technical risk assessments
 Perform project management responsibilities on all new projects
 Technical checking of work
 Manage a multi-disciplinary team to complete technical project delivery
 Building design and analysis
 Inspect construction sites taking note of soil, grade, elevations, etc.
 Meet with construction site managers to discuss and formulate work order
 Test the soil and surrounding natural elements to determine the best type of foundation
 Plan and oversee all aspects of a project from designing plans to inspecting the jobsite
