Vendor Management
Getting the Recruitment Numbers done through the Vendors.
Meeting Vendors to motivate and make them understand on the pay-outs on regular intervals
Removing Non-Performing & Inactive Vendors.
Adding New Vendors.
Coordinating with the accounts team on the Vendor Invoices.
Maintaining recruitment Metrics, MIS/dashboards for periodic management review.
Team Management
Conduct regular team huddle with the team about recruiting plans and implementation.
Conducting weekly training sessions for the Team members on different recruiting tools.
Set clear team goals and KPIs
Do regular performance evaluation.
Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
HR Generalist
Develop and deploy culture building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture
Maintaining proper and updated tracker on Employee Database, Attendance, Leaves and Payroll
input data and sharing timely and accurate inputs
Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.
Compensation & Benefits
Establishes the company salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems
within the company including bonuses and raises.
Monitors all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
Monitors best practices in compensation and benefits through research

Payroll & Legal Compliance
Process payroll for all entities.
