Inspecting structural works. Ensured safety by monitoring the site. Efficiently built High rise Story Residential Building which laid me Maintain all required Documentation at site. Co-operating with site staff to finish work on time with high quality. Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawing from authorities’ Proper management of materials and workmanship. Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work. Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site. Monitoring daily progress of site. Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the Project director and Consultants. Ensuring that all work is done without wastage of material. Created detailed plans frequently monitored progress assures projects goals were met. Ensured that building regulations were all met and provided through direction with any unusual Engineering issued. Inspected all materials to ensure project specifications and quantities properly met on requirements. Maintaining all site activity with photos in Autodesk PlanGrid Software. Preparing MSRA for work execution.
Increase Quality awareness, training and coaching of personnel on site. Make sure the implementation of Local and International standard on site. Preparation of Site reports according to the Company requirements. Prepare and maintain all Site record for audit purpose. All work updating in Autodesk PlanGrid software. Raising Site work Inspection to QA/QC, QCS, QT, Consultant, DDA, DEWA.
