Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance in line with organizational goals.
• Procurement: Lead procurement activities to ensure the timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies required for production. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Production Planning: Collaborate with production teams to develop production schedules that meet demand forecasts while minimizing downtime and maximizing resource utilization. Ensure smooth flow of materials and resources to support uninterrupted production.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs. Implement inventory control measures and periodic stock audits to prevent stockouts and reduce waste.
• Logistics and Distribution: Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of finished products to customers. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining product quality and integrity.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality assurance team to enforce quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and service providers. Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any issues or concerns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the supply chain. Analyze cost drivers, monitor expenses, and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards and service levels.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions in supply, transportation delays, and market fluctuations. Develop contingency plans and resilience strategies to minimize the impact of unforeseen events on operations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, sales, finance, and quality assurance teams, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Utilizing advanced analytics, manage significant and complex product portfolio.
• Develop and lead demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
• Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare strategic forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, evaluate forecast results, and recommend areas for improvement as well as potential risks.
• Analyze and monitor trends in forecast error and work with the commercial team to reduce the error and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
• Update forecast with applicable supply constraints and ensure forecast accuracy and bias analysis. Measure, analyze and report key processes. metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proactively collaborate with marketing and sales on portfolio changes to ensure the forecast reflects new product launches as well as changes to existing products.
• Collaborate and drive a consensus approach by working with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain partners to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
• Responsible for providing volume input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
• New Products Launch Volume Planning in close collaboration with sales & marketing teams, working out scenarios of Cannibalization impact on existing portfolio.
• Review of Fast, Average & Slow-Moving Inventories & blending those inputs into the Pruning & Demand Planning Process.

• Responsible for national daily operation, Replenishment, Daily PSI, Lead inbound and outbound transportation nation wise.
• Determine and optimize the warehouse and transport capacity with 3PL’s,
• Periodic stock count and reconcile physical,
• Monitor and organize FIFO applications in the warehouse operations,
• Coordinate the inbound logistics operations,
• Manage the effective processing of supplier invoices and payments to 3PLs.
• Optimize daily loading from all stockyards.
• Drive and deliver cost saving initiative to reduce transportation cost from current baseline.
• Establish and maintain operational KPI’s to improve the supply fulfilment rate, · Standardize and negotiate transportation rates among all current suppliers.
• Weekly Internal Drivers report.

• Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and develop comprehensive supply chain strategies to ensure seamless product flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to optimize inventory levels and minimize lead times.
• Utilize advanced analytics and technology to accurately forecast demand, optimize inventory, and streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts and securing favorable pricing.
• Proactively manage potential supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the supply chain processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing supply chain expertise to drive company-wide success.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain operations.
