• Handling a group of 7 Sr. Research Analyst and Research Analysts and grooming them accordingly to the process requirement in Business Transcription.
• Editing the documents according to the process specifications (Business Transcription) and also maintaining the turnaround time in all the specified segments.
• Overseeing client deliveries/ turnaround time involving checking quality of files done by Sr. Research Analysts and Research Analysts, attending weekly meeting with the team, maintaining weekly reports of Research Analysts and Research Analysts and creating action plan for new business.
• Giving regular feedback on their respective segments to SRAs and RAs on a regular basis.
• Checking the call scores on a daily basis and intimating the same to the TL.
• Contesting for calls with low scores.
• Identifying potential areas for grooming team members through regular assessments & mentoring.
• Attending weekly team meeting, implementing core team decisions & process specific instructions.
• Conducting continuous audits on segments (compared documents) to ensure compliance and sound functioning of the process.
• Ensuring the teams adhere to all the quality tools and procedures.
• Participating in execution of quality improvement projects for continual improvement.
• Discussing about the improvement of the team members with TL and taking necessary steps required to improve their respective metrics through improvement in productivity as well as accuracy.
Transcribing the quarterly earnings calls of different companies from all over the world with good accuracy and timeliness and meeting all the set expectations.
• Handling a group of 12 Medical Transcriptionists and grooming them accordingly to the client’s requirement.
• Proof Reading the documents according to the client’s specifications and also maintaining the turnaround time in all the specified files.
• Analysis of database and updating the same on timely basis.
• Overseeing client deliveries/ turnaround time involving checking quality of files done by Medical Transcriptionists, attending weekly meeting with the team, managing discussion board, maintaining weekly reports of Medical Transcriptionists & creating action plan for new business.
• Undertaking responsibilities of removing unnecessary procedures in process for efficient function.
• Ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client’s and the organization’s end.
• Preparing accuracy report of respective Medical Transcriptionists on weekly basis.
