• Managed to Execute750+ bored cast-in-situ piling works friction & end bearing piles,
MONO Pile (2600mm diameter) (750 mm dia-240nos., 1200 mm dia-339nos.,
1800mm dia-54nos.) for viaducts & 50 nos. open foundation, stations, and deep
foundations in accordance with IS 2911 Part 1/2, ensuring compliance with project
specifications and site conditions.
• Coordinated with testing agencies for initial and routine load tests, Pile Integrity
Testing (PIT), Caliper test and Cross-hole Sonic Logging (CHSL) & HSDLT test for
bored cast-in-situ piles in line with internationally accepted standards.
Excavation & Earthworks
• Managed bulk excavation for pile caps, raft foundations, and cut & cover
sections.
• Managed site enabling works, Controlled Excavation, utilities diversion,
drainage & dewatering. And coordinated with utility authorities (water,
power, telecom, sewerage) for relocation.
• Supervised shoring and struting systems to ensure safe excavation in
congested urban stretches.
• Constructed pile caps (10m x 9-13m), piers (4m x 2-3.5m), pier caps (up to 10m
spans) 93 nos. with safe sequencing.
• Coordinated dewatering systems (well points, submersible pumps) for dry working
conditions.
• Supervised 250+ workforce, ensuring zero accidents and QA/QC compliance.
Metro Station
• Executed structural works: pile foundation, pile caps, piers, pier caps,
concourse level slab, lower & upper platform, and roof slabs.
• Constructed abutments, wing walls, return walls & approach slabs as per IS 456, BS
5400, AASHTO LRFD.
