Planning for my responsible zone (Dhaka metro and previously
Chittagong city including hill tracks, CHT),
□ Capacity planning TRx addition and Removal based on Network Demand(both 900 & 1800),
□ Experienced on Macro, Micro, IBS and Nano site designing & survey,
□ Experienced on fine tuning ( Azimuth, Tilt, Height etc),
□ Audit & Tuning of frequency & neighbor relations using Optimi,
□ Coordinate with OMC, BSS, Rollout, Civil and site acquisition,
□ Link budge calculation for path loss,
□ Taking Action on Astellia Reports for Asymmetric HO and Ping-Pong HO,
□ SFH implementation at different parts of the Network,
□ Handling customer problems (Optimization & Coverage),

□ Coordinate KPI / counter definition; define subsystem design and performance
review and feedback to overall network interoperability, functionality and
performance aspects,

optimization like Ericsson (RBS 2106, 2206, 6000 etc.), NSN
(Flexi, Gemini), and Huawei (BTS 3012, BTS 3900 etc.)
□ Experienced on new site integration & drive test using TEMS
And trouble shooting (Congestion SDCCH-TCH, SD/TCH drop,
Call drop, Handover problems, CSSR, parameter tuning etc),
□ Supervise & experienced on Drive test (Follow up site integration,
Interference reports etc),
