Fabrication / manufacturing / assembly / inspection / testing / shop painting / supply,
transportation, delivery, storage at site, erection and commissioning of all power house &
ESP works including pipes, pipe fittings, valves, equipment, , electrical, instrumentation,
control and automation systems, associated structural work like column, working platform
with stairs, ladders, walk-ways etc., relevant civil works like foundations of column,
equipment, reinforcement / concreting / brick works etc.
Responsibilty:
Worked as overall EHS in charge for this project which involves the following
responsibilities
 Assisting management in investigation industrial and personnel injury accidents to determine
root cause.
 Examine plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment, facilities to determine if
all Safety precautions have been included.
 Plan and direct Safety and health activities to evaluate environmental hazards.
 Inspect plant machinery, equipment and its working condition to ensure compliance with
occupational, safety and health regulation.
 Organize safety committee and review action plan, keep the management informed about
the progress in implementation of safety measures.
 Coordination and facilities of Medical check-up of all employees with their health status
Medical check-up of personal who is working hazardous process complying with the legal
requirement.
 Reporting of all near miss, first-aid, medical cases & reportable accident and identify unsafe
act, unsafe condition for better implementation the safety standard of work procedure.
 Investigate all type of accident & give remedial measures also.
 Keep management informed of all violation and non-conformities in adhering to the safety
system.
 Implementation of company safety statutory requirement, work procedure, checks list,
preparation of inspection report, accident advisory report and statistics. Preparing of
Monthly HSE report and forwarding to H.Q.
 Conduct Monthly safety meeting, awareness programme, and motivational programme.
Organize national safety day, environmental day, fire week & road safety day.
 Periodically conducted fire drill and mock drill training programme.
 Ensure safety aspect in all material handling equipment, electrical machineries & mechanical
equipment inside the factory premises.
 Conducted periodical safety audits (internal and external) to ensure high standard safety.
