•Pays small claims (charging the patient).

•Be client driven and respond to their needs. Recognize their changing demands as well as those of the market place.
•Coordinate with the other banking divisions to provide the necessary service to the customers.
•Maintain effective relationships internally and externally and employ informal networks to get things done.
•Focus on attracting new liabilities and increasing number of relationships and accounts.
•Sales of the bank’s investment products, and attracting new funds and generating revenues for the Personal Banking Department.
•Personally meet with clients and presenting call reports and encourage cross-selling opportunities within the bank and network.
•Provide support to marketing staff.
•Maintaining adequate control over the power files.
•Adhering to bank policy and rules which produce a positive effect upon auditing the branch.
