•Pays small claims (charging the patient).
•To deposit fees collect to finance department per instruction.
•Transmitting claims for payment or further investigation.
•Contacting insure or other involved persons to obtain missing information.
•Review insurance policy to determine coverage for insured patients.
•Preparing and reviewing insurance claims forms and related documents for completeness.
•Providing customer service, such as giving limited instructions on how to proceed with claims.
•Organizing or works with detailed records using computers to access, search and retrieve data.
•Sending approvals to the insurance companies.
•Calling patients to notify them, when the request is approved or rejected.
•Registering and charging all outpatient visits for Cash and insured patients.
•Booking the follow-up appointments for patients during the same visit.

•Adhering to bank policy and rules which produce a positive effect upon auditing the branch.
