Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies), Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves), Assist in payroll preparation by
providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves, Prepare paperwork
for HR policies and procedures, Process employees’ requests and provide
relevant information, Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training
seminars, Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and
process incoming resumes, Manage the department’s telephone center and
address queries accordingly, Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications, Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Greeting customers who enter the shop, Be involved in stock control and
management. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are
looking for. Responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Stocking shelves with merchandise. Answering queries from customers. Giving
advice and recommendation on product selection to customers.
Dealing with customer refunds. Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and
mopping.
Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor. Receiving and storing the delivery of large
amounts of stock.
Patrolling property.
Permitting entry.
Monitoring surveillance.
Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in conjunction with liquor regulations.
Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations.
Ensure food and beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered on time.
Practice grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
