Follow-up with Blasting/Painting/Shipping departments for project completion.
Coordinating with production, Sales & Sites.
Préparation of LPO and invoices.
Receive Schedules/Priorities from client and coordinate with production for timely delivery also clarifying drawings/details/revisions etc from Engg, Dept/Clients.
BOQ preparations and steel take.
Plan, supervise and control the implementation of all the company purchases of Construction Material & technical equipment from local and foreign suppliers, and ensure that all orders are received and cleared as per agreed schedules as well as per Company’s process & procedures and in a best price/high quality effective manner
Inquiring quotes from different vendors & reviewing all quotes to achieve best prices/ best quality purchasing.
Inquiring quotes from different subcontractors for fabrication and fabrication related steel structure jobs.
Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery and contracts
Making recommendation and advising senior management on all purchasing issues.
Maintaining records of supplier’s contracts, agreement, services /goods ordered received.
Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
Reporting to Operation Manager.
Coordinating with production and site activities
Receipt of drawings/specifications, checking all the relevant documents with the transmittal, documentation, segregation into new / revision drawings, and updating master file Coordinate with all departments within the company, project management, production and shipping.

Coordinating with Client / TPIA for Stage inspection and final inspection as per the approved ITP.
Supervision and Guidance to the QC Inspectors.
Coordinate with all departments within the company, project management production and shipping.
Incoming raw material inspection as per the approved project ITP & Project specifications.
Coordinating with third party testing laboratory for raw materials & welding consumables testing like tensile test, Impact test, Bend test, Hardness test & Chemical analysis test as per approved project specifications.
Witness of stage wise inspections - Fit up Inspection, Welding inspection, NDE (VT, UT, RT, MPT & LPT), Shop release certification as per the approved ITP.
Coordinating with NDT Technicians for performing the NDT Inspection & Approval.
Compilation of QA/ QC documents (Dossiers), review and final handing over to client as per Project Quality Plan & Inspection Test Procedure.
Coordinate with Design Department for drawing clarification and modification of drawing.
Checking and planning of the released jobs and coordinate with production to make sure that the jobs are fabricated and inspected as per the latest revisions of drawings and also coordinates with engineering for the clarification of the errors in drawing.
Preparing and finalizing documents suitably and coordinating with production to resolve any discrepancy
Responsible for releasing jobs to the shop floors.
Checking and planning of the released jobs for production and coordinate with engineering for the clarification of the errors in drawing.
Preparing and finalizing drawings and suitably coordinating with Quality control to resolve any discrepancy.
Co ordinate with all departments within the company, project management, quality control, production and shipping.
Schedule production load by monitoring the capacity every day and according to that what we have loads in the plant.
Job scheduling and updation in master fabrication schedule (SUCHI system).
Updation and closing of jobs by work order in system through ERP.
Preparing and maintaining of daily, monthly production and back log reports.
Ensuring that products are made safely, efficiently and cost efficiently in production plant.
Act as a technical resource for operations, applying technical skills to optimize plant activities.
Responsible for proper job flow and speed on the fabrication area through proper control over the employees.
Hands on experience with various type of inceptions such as dimensional (fabrication, machining, assembly) and final inspection
Identify technology gaps and improvement opportunities.
Ensuring about the product quality.
Conducting the mechanical properties of the product.
Make sure that the raw materials are segregated as per the I.S standards.
Responsible for maintaining the records for ISO and ISI standards
Make sure about the finished product are separately tagged and kept the final product in the allocated area.
Responsible for production and plant operations.
Make sure that the products are made as per the quality standards.
Responsible for the segregation and arrangements of finished products.
Responsible for proper job flow and speed up the production process through proper control over the employees to obtain effective production.
