Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
* Drafting Security policy, Procedures and Post orders according to Project needs and specifications

Responsible for managing and directing the activities of the security.
* Assist in Develop and implement Security plans, policies and procedures regarding Security and
Emergency response.
* Develop, implement and manage the overall enterprise process for security Operational strategy and
Emergency Response.
* Oversee the Continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems.
* Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective.
* Assist Internal Audits in the development of appropriate criteria needed to assess the level of
new/existing applications and/or technology infrastructure elements for compliance with enterprise
security standards.

- Monthly Risk assessment report with findings and recommendations
- Developments and suggestion recommendation report
* Maintains an effective Security Operational relates, reviewing and preparing Administration
activities, implementing and monitoring operating Security Procedures
* Prepares a wide variety of reports and outcomes of the emergency exercises.
* Monitor the overall security plans, identified certain information, and maintained the safety
discrepancies.
* Maintained complete and systematic documents regarding security procedures, controlled alarm
requests, etc.
* Assisted the operations managers in conducting internal and external investigations.
* Expert to work on varied kinds of platforms, and skilled in handling Microsoft Suite Applications
* Keeping an update record of the section activities for departmental knowledge
* Helping on drafting and formatting of policies and procedures as per the company’s standard
* Liaisons and coordinating with divers of personnel, departments, clients and outside agencies in the
benefit of the work.
* Emergency Response Team Training - fire, emergency evacuation and bomb threats.
* Responsible for ensuring the contractor are knowledge of and compliance with company’s security
and emergency response policies and procedures.
* Initiate the deployment and the training of all the new guarding staff for the particular site
obligations through on the job training.
* Operating word and data processing monitors update and follow up various confidential records such as
Staff numbers, Movements, Manpower, Requisition, Promotion forms, Probation reports, warning letters,
Control leave, Statistics, Complex spread sheet in support of scope of work.
* Prepare and translate standard and non-standard letters, reports into English and Arabic and maintain
appropriate file.
* Well versed with document Control Procedures establish and maintain an effective filing system for all the
confidential documents, reports and business plans.
* Well versed with Customer Service and how to deal with people and situations
