Flora Tech. is a leading company in queue management systems and security system in Qatar. Dealing with multiple product with a high proficient team I could learn so many things in a short period.
In Flora.co my duties included but not limited to:
- Providing remote support for customers
- Providing onsite support for customers
- Installing and updating the customers software
- Applying the required customization and changes.
With Flora.co I was required to provide the needed support and installation for a large variety of products such as:
- Queue management systems
- CCTV
- Retail software
- Biometric systems
- Survey systems
- Automatic gate barriers systems
- Id cards and bar codes printers
- PCs and servers
Ng-enious is a young project started by a group of friends located in Tunisia.
Specialized in Mobile Application development and Web creation. My job in this
company included many missions. I was in charge of developing android native
applications, Also one of my duties was to negotiate with clients and managing the
projects. I was also responsible of helping colleagues in technical problems.
EwbSoft A frencho-tunisian company located in Tunisia, I was recruited as Technical support. My duties were to provide the needed support for many products of the company as CMS, also I was in-charge of advising the customers about their technical needs. As all the customers of the company were located in Europe, my experience with EwbSoft gave me the opportunity to manipulate the remote support tools as Teamviewer, Windows remote desktop and LogmeIn.
Between June 2014 and the beginning of 2015 I limited my work on FreeLance projects and developing my own CMS software. This experience taught me a lot about dealing with end users and giving needed support for all the customers.
When my manager in “Kael” left it and joined LMSSoftware he proposed to me to
join his team as in charge of the web department in the company. As it was a great
opportunity to move a step forward in my career I joined him.
In LMSSoftware company I was in charge of the web development department and
the responsible of the company’s website.
Duties:
- Designing and developing the company’s website.
- Providing graphic design for the client’s project.
- Perform site analysis, keyword research and mapping.
- Getting company’s sites higher on the search engine results.
- Monitoring and tracking the performance of SEO campaigns, including site
traffic, banner advert performance and back links.
- Optimizing company’s website and landing pages.
- Producing regular audits and writing up detailed monthly performance and
progress reports colleagues and seniors.
- Participating and supporting colleagues in client’s website development.
This company is active in developing and maintenance software (mobile & office) and web sites.
I worked on two internal projects:
- KaelTeamProjectManager: which is a platform tool of managing teamwork. Composed of three modules. Where I leaded a team of three developers where my mission was to manage the teamwork, verify and correct the conception and develop the code
- KaelCalendar: which is a personnel events manager where my mission was to concept and develop the application
