3.75 Billion SR Classified project consists of 9 Sites located in KSA
Duties :Planning, Contract management & following up the Design, procurement and construction progress including : Preparing the Master Design, Submittal, Procurement and Detailed Construction schedules.
Client Contract management.
Establish & maintain project control system to monitor progress of the design, submittal, procurement & Construction.
Supervising, Contract management & Follow up the Design, Procurement and Construction progress for the Current projects for Cairo & Dubai branches :
Radison SAS Hotel & Resort “ 5 Stars “ Quseir, Red Sea, Egypt, Design Built Contract for 5 Stars Hotel including Main Building, 250 Guest Room, Utility area “Sewage Treatment Plant, Desalination Plant, Power Plant, Water & Irrigation Tanks, Swimming Pools & Lakes.
Al Azhar Park Projects “ 5 Stars Restaurant - Lake Side Café & Administration Building “
Supervision of Technical office activities including tendering, preparing contract documents, as well as the owner requirements for the Design Built FIDIC Contract of Radison SAS Hotel Project - Quseir, Red Sea.
Supervising & Follow up the Execution progress for the Current projects :
Vodafone Headquarter Building ” 78 Million L.E” Administration building of 25600 sqm of composite concrete & steel Skelton with fine finishes and all high techniques electromechanical works Designed by Argandomi “Greece “, supervised by HYUNDAI and managed by Laing International as a project Manager .
Lactam Building Renovation “Bristol Myers Squipp Egypt”
El Mokattam & Semoha Mobile switch Centers for Vodafone
Planning work including Resource Planning (Human, Material and Equipment) and cash flow for the new VodaFone Headquarter, Bristol Myer Squip lactam Building renovation .
Preparing Company’s Monthly & Weekly progress reports.
Review and Maintain Company’s Planned Cash Flow.
