• Prepare short and long term plans for existing and new key government accounts to generate revenue
• Responsible for managing & visiting regularly a list of key accounts
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty to assure of the maximum customer experience
• Handle and validate Purchasing Order’s, payment requests, stock control, accounts billings and cash flow
• To develop strong trust worthy relationship with contact persons and decision makers.
• Develop opportunities to increase the sales via regular visits, presentation, public relation, set intensive plan for contact persons and dig for sales potential area’s
• Record on system all visits and opportunities to provide field feedback, expectations and ensure orange’s competitive market share within the assigned portfolio
• Achieve the sales objectives set by the direct manager
• Develop the sales within the list/market segment, promoting new solutions & new products to the related customers
• Strongly promote the brand over competition throughout assigned portfolio.
• Regularly monitor the customers’ consumption, active base, payments and profitability to take the appropriate actions on time.
• Agree with marketing team on Distributing and planning the retention and acquisition budgets and monitor the flow
