1-Ensure an accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly and year end close.
2- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

9- Handle personal issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

Establishing, supervising and controlling accounting system for company.
My responsibilities are the following:
1-Supervising and controlling of all accounting daily work.
2-Cheking all accounting entries before recording on sheets & accounting system.
3-Renewing accounting documents to ensure the accuracy of information, calculations and makes or directs the correcting entries.
4-Cheching and approving the tax reports.
5-Preprations of the contractors’ monthly payments.
6-Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconcllation revenue and cash balances.
7-Checking of posting data to various ledgers, journals.
8-Prepration of the annually financial statements.

Preparing the monthly cost reports, analyzing the results by using the cost
Ratios, monitoring the budget performance and take the necessary actions when the items cost are going over budget in two projects:
1-main stores for Kuwait mailing co. Project value (2.415.000KD)
2-Ghanima Al Ghanim hospital project value (4.500.000KD)

Working at the main office as a senior accountant, the main responsibilities including the following:
• Reviewing and auditing all the financial documents related to the company accounting entries before submitting to the financial manager.
• Monitoring specifically the status of all bank accounts.
• Supervising preparation of receiving & payment vouchers.
• Associated the daily expenses enters.

Working as an accountant for two years recording of all accounting transactions on sheets and then as a senior accountant of banks & agency accounts dep’t for year and half then chef accountant of Hurghada branch office for one and half year responsible for:
-Cash management
-Dealing with banks
-Contracting follow up
-Managing a team of 5 accountants and admin
-Preparing the top management reports
